Uncle Ernie’s restaurant added the 60 person rooftop bar to take advantage of the spectacular views and open air seating that really puts tourists and locals alike in the vacation mood. In addition to being the perfect place to end your day, the martini bar has also hosted wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries and has even been a stop on the Panama City Beach Motorcycle Rally Poker Run.

Come and indulge in our unique award winning crab cakes, the  piled high fully loaded nachos or our delicious black bean crab spread with garlic flat bread. Or you can really get down to business and enjoy any one of our entrees such as our Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna seared to perfection, The Ribeyes and Filets are to die for as well as our pasta dishes made with all fresh ingredients. As the name suggests the martini bar offers fabulous, original drinks, creations of the Uncle Ernie’s fine mixologists. The specialty drink list is like no other. Choose from a Love Potion, made with blueberry infused vodka, pomegranate juice and champagne. A Brazilian Kiss made with strawberries, lemon, rum, and cane sugar. Or for the chocolate lovers out there, there is the Sexual Chocolate. This decadent drink is a combination of Baileys, Kaluha, half and half with white and dark crème de cocoa poured into a chocolate syrup rimmed glass. Just to name a few. In addition the martini bar offers a full bar menu with top shelf ingredients, all of Uncle Ernie’s regional and micro brewed beers and extensive wine list.

Live Entertainment All Week!

To add to the already relaxing natural ambiance of the location, the martini bar hosts some of the most talented local musicians to entertain you. Live music is performed Tuesday thru Sunday during the season so you can get your groove on. Entertainment on the rooftop ranges from cover bands with a country flair, mo-town, r&b, and acoustic beach music.
